FREE | kira - Display font

About the font

"kira" is my first font ever and it's a modular font made with 10 simple shapes. It was a university exam project that I worked for almost 4 months and my class and I had the asignment of creating a whole alphabet of letters, either uppercase, lowercase or both using at max 10 repeatable elements... I ended up creating a whole font with those shapes.

I included the shapes as glyphs so if anyone wants to open the font in glyphs and add/edit anything there's the chance :D

The goal behind this was to make something using simple shapes whilst keeping readability. The inspirations that influenced me the most are klim_type_foundry's Brotunda font and falpt's lowercase "a".

The font is freely available for any use :D
